Shipping Partners

At Krafti, we believe in transparency and trust. That's why we've partnered with two reliable shipping heroes: Sendle and Australia Post. They're just as dedicated as we are to delivering your orders safely to your doorstep.

Customer Responsibility and Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We will not be held liable for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs

We keep things simple and fair. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you finalise your purchase.

Free Standard Shipping (Australia Only)

We love to give you a little extra love. When your order reaches $79 or more, we'll treat our Australian customers with free standard shipping. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Krafti!

Express Shipping (Australia Only)

If you need your item ASAP, we've got you covered with australia-wide express shipping. It's available at a flat rate of just $15. Your order will zip to you faster than you can say "creativity unleashed."

Shipping Times

We understand that the excitement of receiving your Krafti goodies can be hard to contain.

Here's a rough estimate of our shipping times:

  • Australia:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days

Please note that these times may vary based on your location and the current demand. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order
